Bring a coin
Name, ticker, picture. It is created on pump.fun from your wallet, same as any other launch.

Hold the one in front
You put 0.25 to 2 SOL into the line. Half buys the coin right in front of you, 30% the one before it, 20% the third. The tokens are yours.

Get held
The next three launches do the same thing. Your coin gets bought three times, by people who came after you.
Each launch also buys 0.05 SOL of $CONGAPAD, the front of the line. All buys are normal pump.fun buys signed by the launcher. A coin joins the line only after the chain shows its buys.
